Every row is four blocks, always in the same order. Learn them once.
- MATCHUP — the sport, the game, and when it starts. Each sport has its own color, so you can find your sport without reading.
- PICK — the player, the stat, and how many sportsbooks back the line.
- LINE — the number from Lesson 1.
- VALUE — the big number and the side. Green is above the bar, red is below it.
The little badge under the player
It tells you how much evidence is behind the number:
- 8 BOOKS — eight sportsbooks price this exact line. Strong evidence.
- 1 BOOK — only one does. Thinner evidence; be more careful.
- LINE DIFFERENCE — no sportsbook is on this exact number.
LINE DIFFERENCE is not a warning to run away. A line nobody else is posting is a line nobody else has corrected, and those are often the softest picks on the board. It simply means the cross-check is weaker, so the number leans more on our model. If you would rather only see well-covered lines, raise MIN BOOKS in FILTERS.
Two things worth clicking
- Click any row to open it and see every sportsbook behind that line.
- The strategy chip at the top (e.g. “3 PICK POWER 6x · ≥55.0%”) sets which slip you are building — and prints the exact bar you must beat.
